CEO AND PRESIDENT

Jay is our CEO and President. Jay has over 26 year’s experience leading small and large organizations, delivering services and products with a focus on customer service and quality. Jay is a prior business owner where he has spent time scaling operations from grounds up successfully while creating a positive culture and work environment. His personal life experiences have led him to take a special interest and passion in providing high quality in-home care services and elder care services which led him to start Assisting Hands Home Care. Jay holds a BS/MS as well as an MBA.

Michelle
Director of Operations

Michelle is our Director of Operations. She has over 12 years experience in senior care and hospice. Prior to joining Assisting Hands Home Care, Michelle was a VP of Operations for a home care agency where she oversaw day to day operations. Michelle has been in leadership roles as well as staffing, management, training and training development. She has extensive experience in Dementia, and Parkinson’s care. She studied Kinesiology. She takes pleasure in continuing to educate herself on new products and treatments that can further help the population she serves.

Radonna Scott
Director of Community Partnerships

Radonna Scott is our Director of Community Partnerships. Driven by purpose and guided by empathy, Radonna combines her sales expertise with a heartfelt dedication to advocating for the unique needs of older adults. Her highly motivated and skilled approach has helped countless families navigate care solutions with confidence and peace of mind. Radonna has an extensive background in the healthcare sector, with a strong record of leadership across senior care services. Most recently, she has served as Director of Community Relations at an assisted living community, Chief Marketing Officer at a long-term acute care hospital, and Area Director of Sales for home health and hospice.

CHRISTINA
RECRUITING & ADMINISTRATION

Christina is our Recruiting & Administration Coordinator. Christina oversees our recruiting, onboarding, and office administration. Christina comes with prior experience in the home care industry having worked as a Service Coordinator where she was responsible for scheduling, client coordination, and orientation. Prior to spending time in the home care industry, Christina worked in real estate as a loan processor and prior to that was in the cosmetology field.

KAREN
CLIENT SERVICES MANAGER

Karen is our Client Services Manager. Karen is responsible for our client and partner relationships. Prior to joining Assisting Hands Fremont, Karen was a marketing liaison and engagement coordinator with Home Instead. Karen brings over 12 years of experience in home care and home health care.

Miranda
Scheduling & Staffing Coordinator

Miranda is our scheduling and staffing coordinator. She has several years of experience in customer service and administration in the healthcare sector. Prior to joining Assisting Hands, Miranda worked as a Program Coordinator for Fremont Hospital. Miranda was born in Monterey County and has lived in the Bay Area for six years. She's passionate about health and wellness, enjoys farmers’ markets, being outdoors, and spending time with her son.

Maribel
Scheduling & Staffing Coordinator

Maribel is our Scheduling & Staffing Coordinator. Prior to joining us, Maribel worked as a staff coordinator and patient account representative at Fremont Hospital. Maribel also has prior work experience working in assisted living communities and nursing homes. In her free time, Maribel enjoys spending time with family, experiencing the outdoors and trying new restaurants.
