CEO AND PRESIDENT

Jay is our CEO and President. Jay has over 26 year’s experience leading small and large organizations, delivering services and products with a focus on customer service and quality. Jay is a prior business owner where he has spent time scaling operations from grounds up successfully while creating a positive culture and work environment. His personal life experiences have led him to take a special interest and passion in providing high quality in-home care services and elder care services which led him to start Assisting Hands Home Care. Jay holds a BS/MS as well as an MBA.

GEORGANNE
DIRECTOR OF NURSING

Georganne is our Director of Nursing responsible for overseeing our training, client assessments and supervisory visits. Georganne has over 38 years of experience in hospital, clinics and outpatient surgery. She has extensive experience in operational healthcare management and has managed large teams of nurses, surgical technicians, medical assistants and administrative staff. Georganne holds a BS in Nursing and a MS in Health Care Administration. She is a registered Nurse with the State of California.

CHRISTINA
RECRUITING & ADMINISTRATION

Christina is our Recruiting & Administration Coordinator. Christina oversees our recruiting, onboarding, and office administration. Christina comes with prior experience in the home care industry having worked as a Service Coordinator where she was responsible for scheduling, client coordination, and orientation. Prior to spending time in the home care industry, Christina worked in real estate as a loan processor and prior to that was in the cosmetology field.

Michelle
SCHEDULING & CLIENT COORDINATIOR

Michelle is our Scheduling & Client Coordinator. Michelle manages our scheduling and client care. Prior to joining Assisting Hands, Michelle worked as an office administrator in the home care industry where she was responsible for functions spanning from scheduling, and client communications, to general office administration. Prior to that, Michelle had experience in caregiving with an assisted living community.
